The end of the year is just around the corner and it’s time to share some free resources to help you set up your bullet journal! Whether you’re new to bullet journaling or an advanced user of the system, I hope you’ll find them useful.
In 2017, I have been releasing free printables on a quarterly basis. For 2018, I have simplified things and share all the calendar printables at once. You’ll find the usual stickers sheets with some new features and something compeltely new (I hope you’ll like it!).
Back to basics
My 2018 bullet journal will be much more simple that my current system.
In 2017, I’ve been experimenting a lot, both for personal and for work. Afetr 2 years of trials that have not always been successful, I finally know what suits me best…
So I’m back to the bullet journal basics : a single notebook with everything in it, and no more pre-printed layouts. As the printables are the reflect of my own organisation system, there’s no planners inserts in the 2018 printable batch.
Stickers sheets
The stickers sheets I share aim to help you start a bullet journal in any notebook. They reflect my own needs and experience with the bullet journal, and rely on the principles of Ryder Carroll’s system.
The stickers sheets feature the basics of the bullet journal system. They include : an index layout, mini calendars for both your future and monthly logs, and headers for the weekly log lovers.
The stickers sheets feature all the headers and mini calendars I use in my own bullet journal.
There’s no big changes compared to the previous printable release in September. I added some new headers to the printable kit, which are the ones I use regularly in my own journal. I also created special sheets with weeks starting on Sunday as some of you requested them.
The file is available in the Freebie library.

Just a few tips about the stickers sheets
I use self adhesive paper to print all my stickers sheets. I then cut the stickers down to size with an exacto knife. I must agree when some of you say that it’s a meticulous work, but as I cut the stickers as I need them, it doesn’t seem that tedious.
An other way to use the bullet journal stickers would be to print them on regular paper and use roller glue to stick them. It’s in my opinion the only way to get a clean result if you don’t have self adhesive paper on hand.
When your printing the files, don’t forget to check any option that says « print actual size » or « print at 100% » to make sure the sheets print to true size.
Bullet journal inspiration
Even though I’m usually super excited about starting a new bullet journal, it happens that I lack of inspiration about the layouts I need to create. I guess I’m not the only one to feel this way so I thought I could pur something together to help you. I ended up with an inspiration booklet that gathers my favourites 2017 bullet journal spreads. I hope you’ll find it useful at some point if you’re in need of inspiration for your own journal !
The inspiration booklet can be printed and carried in your notebook’s pocket to have it on hand as needed.
Each picture of my journal comes with a caption that explain the purpose of the spread and the details of the layout. The booklet’s content is organized regarding the basics of the bullet journal system created by Ryder Carroll. The 20+ pages of the booklet feature :
- Explanations about my indexing system
- Examples of monthly spreads (with calendar, goals and to-do lists)
- Weekly log layouts I used in 2017
- Some of my daily entries
- Trackers layouts (I use trackers for a lot of stuff, but no habit trackers here)
- A sneak peek of my blog journal
The only basic feature of the bullet journal that is not covered is the future log, as I didn’t use it in 2017 (and managed long term appointments with my phone instead).
The file is available in the Freebie library.

I hope you’ll enjoy all these freebies as much as I enjoyed creating them. I seriously can’t wait to share my 2018 bullet journal with you… I just need to sit for a few hours to start creating the spreads for real (sneak peek of the very first page on my Instagram account if you’re curious!). And they’ll definitely include some of the stickers shown above !
