We’re already half-way through September, and I believe it’s time for me to release the free printables to prepare Q4. The time is flying by incredibly fast and my holidays didn’t help me to stay on the top of things. I’m writing this in Edinburgh airport, waiting for my flight to go back to Paris (treating myself with a carrot cake and hot tea !)… Proof that despite my bullet journal, I’m struggling to keep it up these days !
I initially intended to refine the free printables I release quarterly, but this time, I have to admit I’ve been running out of time… I’ve been busy with a lot of projects (and enjoying some me time as well). So there’s no big changes in this new batch of printables, and I simply updated the headers. I’ll do my best to make improvements for 2018, and especially create layouts with weeks starting on Sunday as you regularly ask for them !
Print your bullet journal/planner
Just like I did for the previous free printables, all the layouts are based on my own organization system and on the spreads I use in my personal and work bullet journals. I created 3 different versions of bullet journals / planners (should I say « bullet planner » ?) starting on October 1st and that will last until the end of 2017. The 3 versions feature different option, the main difference between them beeing the weekly log set-up. You’ll be able to find in the Library :
- A horizontal 5 days on 2 pages weekly planner, which is the version I use as my work bullet journal
- A vertical 5 days on 2 pages weekly planner + 2 blank pages for each week (I typically use them for the week-end or to host collections)
- A horizontal 7 days on 2 pages weekly planner

Each planner set-up features specific options as shown in the table below. As usual, each set-up can be printed with 2 binding options : you can print A5 inserts to fill a disc bound notebook/ organizer or signatures to craft a handbound notebook (video tutorial here).
I’m using this handbound notebook version (horizontal 5 days on 2 pages) and I may migrate my whole work planning system in a Travelers Notebook very soon.
Tips to print your planner
The files are made to be printed on A4 pages (they are designed for 80gsm paper), on both sides. To make sure that your printables prints true to size, check any option that says « print actual size » or « print at 100% ».
Stickers sheets
Just like I did back in June, I also put some stickers sheets together : they are meant to help you set up a simple bullet journal in any notebook. These are the same stickers I use in my personal bullet journal. Once again, I didn’t change anything but the dates on the stickers sheets. You’ll be able to download 3 stickers sheets from the Library, including :
- An index to keep your jounral organized
- Mini calendars to set your monthly pages up or create a future log
- Headers for your monthly and weekly spreads
I’ll soon need to migrate in a new bullet journal, and will definitely use the stickers sheets to do set it up!

I print these stickers sheets on self adhesive paper to save myself some time (and patience) but regular paper and glue will do the trick as well. Don’t forget to print true to size!
I don’t know about you, but Q4 is full of promises and projects to be started… My head is full of ideas and I hope I’ll make some time soon to explore and implement some of them. So stay tuned for more resources to come in the Library, and novelties for 2018!
I’m always super happy to see the bullet journals/planners you create from these files on Instagram. Please feel free to tag me (@minimal.plan) on your posts so that I can see them !
