September is right around the corner… And after a little while being quiet on the blog, I’m happy to be back at posting!
Life had some unexpected things in store for me, which explains for a part why I was absent. But I also spent a fair amount of time working on new resources to share with you, and I’m happy to be back on the blog to release a brand new FREE workbook!
Yep, you read that right!
A FREE workbook to help you get started
with project management
I know that running personal and work projects while managing everyday life can be quite a challenge. Especially if you have no clue of how to run a project in the first place, and don’t know where to start.
To help you overcome this challenge, I created the Project launchpad workbook: a workbook that gives you an introduction to project management, and all the tools you need to be off to a great start with your own projects.
Before I start to dive into what’s inside this project management workbook, let me remind you one thing: WE ALL ARE PROJECT MANAGERS!
That’s what I keep telling you for a bit more than 2 years on the blog now, but a reminder can’t really hurt right?
We’re all managing projects even though we don’t always realize it: renovate the kitchen, move into a new home, fulfilling school assignments, change jobs… Even though you’re not a project manager at work, you MUST have managed at the very least one project in your life!
That being said, let’s dive into what’s inside the Project launchpad workbook and how it will help you with your projects.
What’s in the FREE workbook
The Project launchpad workbook is divided in two parts.
The first one is an introduction to the basics of project management. You will learn what is a project, the various stages of a project and some project management vocabulary to be familiar with it.
The second part is a very concrete and down to earth toolbox with practical exercises to help you put your own project on a launchpad. It will help you initiate your project and frame it until you’re ready to draw a masterplan of your actions and get organized to succeed.
20 pages to launch your project
Basics of project management
+ worksheets to help you get organized for success
Is the Project launchpad workbook for you?
The Project launchpad FREE workbook is definitely for you if:
– You have one or several projects in mind or on your plate but don’t know where to start to plan and achieve them
– You’ve already managed projets following you’re intuition, but you’re looking for a more effective way to run them
– You’d like to know more about project management and learn how to get organized to achieve your projects
– You’re struggling to get organized with your projects, even though you already know how to manage projects in theory
If you tick one of these criterias, the Project launchpad workbook is for you!
And if you don’t match any of them… Well a free download can’t really hurt after all! You may enjoy it anyway.
